In "Away from The Icebergs",by Rick Anderson,Director of Resource Acquisitions,University of Nevada,Reno Library,the changing role of libraries is discussed,and the need to keep up with modern technology,and ultimately less use for printed matter.He sees the need to reach out to the public,whereas in the past,the public came to the library.He feels the need to educate the public to use the library facilities ,in the easiest possible way.
